Refund policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between Nov 1st-Dec 31st are eligible for return/exchange within 60 days of purchase.

Standard Return/Exchange policy: NOVUS offers exchanges within 30 days of ordering, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges: Your selected exchange items will be shipped to you once we receive notification that your return package is on the way to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment form once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and are inspected. It can take an additional 3-5 days for your refund to post after we process it depending on your financial institution.

Fine print:
Damaged items due to washing, wearing and/or user error such as rips, snags, drawstring issues, etc is NOT covered under warranty.

Defective items such as arrives with blemish, defect in seams, holes, noticeable issues MUST be reported to us (help@claimyourcrown.com) with a picture of the issue within 24 hours of the package being delivered. This is a STRICT policy - any defects reported after this date will not be approved.

All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
