How long do orders usually take to ship?

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3-7 business days. For expedited options, see our Shipping Information page.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

NOVUS accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Email help@claimyourcrown.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship domestically across the entire U.S., using UPS, FedEx, and USPS for reliable delivery to your doorstep.

How do I make a return?
