NOVUS Gifts Custom Jersey to Pope Leo
During a recent trip to Rome, a member of the NOVUS team had the opportunity to present Pope Leo XIV with a custom NOVUS jersey — thoughtfully designed to honor his Chicago roots, his love of baseball, and his role as the 267th Pope.
Every detail of the jersey was created with intention. The design drew inspiration from retro Chicago White Sox aesthetics, celebrating the Pope’s South Side roots, while the number 267 recognized his place in history. Additional design elements, including the Keys of St. Peter, symbolized both his faith and the responsibility he now carries as the leader of the Catholic Church.
The jersey was designed not simply as a gift, but as a meaningful reflection of identity, tradition, and purpose — values that closely align with the NOVUS mission.

With spring sports underway, NOVUS partnered with Utica University Softball, outfitting athletes in premium travel and training apparel designed for performance, preparation, and everyday wear.

NOVUS is proud to partner with The Lax Lab, an elite lacrosse development platform founded by PLL professional Jules Heningburg.
Built to enrich, develop, and inspire the next generation of lacrosse players, The Lax Lab provides high-level training centered around intentional coaching and meaningful relationships. As the official apparel and accessories partner, NOVUS outfits The Lax Lab athletes, coaches, and staff with custom performance gear including apparel, headwear, and backpacks designed for both training and everyday use.
