The Claim Your Crown Foundation was established to help bring that belief to life by creating transformational experiences, investing in future leaders, and supporting people facing adversity.

Creating Transformational Experiences
The Foundation will create opportunities for individuals to grow through service, leadership, faith, and personal development experiences.
One of the cornerstone initiatives is the 1:12 Project, NOVUS’ annual mission experience in Baníca, Dominican Republic. What began with twelve participants has grown into an experience that brings together athletes, students, young professionals, and leaders to serve local communities through baseball and volleyball camps, faith formation, and meaningful relationship-building.
As the Foundation grows, additional opportunities will be developed to help more people step outside their comfort zones, discover a deeper sense of purpose, and experience the transformative power of service.

The Foundation is committed to investing in individuals and programs that develop leadership, character, and resilience.
Through scholarships, recognition programs, leadership initiatives, team culture development, and future grant opportunities, the Foundation aims to support people who are striving to make a positive impact in their schools, teams, workplaces, and communities.

While the Foundation officially launches this year, its roots have been growing for years.
The NOVUS community has long supported charitable initiatives, mission work, fundraising efforts, and causes that align with the Claim Your Crown message.
One of the strongest examples is the CAT Volleyball Tournament, now entering its sixteenth year. What began as a backyard tournament among friends has grown into an annual tradition that has raised more than $100,000 to come behind organizations supporting individuals facing adversity.
The Foundation provides a platform to build upon those efforts and expand their impact for years to come.
